Job Description

As we grow, we're looking for a motivated and data-driven CRM Manager to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are keen to drive customer engagement and retention strategies, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall CRM strategy to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Create targeted marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate and timely customer data collection and segmentation.
  • Analyze customer data and provide insights to guide marketing and product development.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and customer communication channels, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Optimize automation flows for onboarding, retention, and upselling.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM management (preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or tech companies).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools (e.g., Brevo, Mailchimp).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with various teams.
  • A creative thinker who is customer-focused and solution-oriented.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Background in digital marketing, customer success, or similar fields is a plus.
